Abstract
An advanced SPICE-compatible model for high frequency multiwinding transformers is presented. The model is physically-based and its parameters are extracted from the geometry. Beside skin-effect in the windings the influence of transformer parasitic capacitances can be analyzed. The well-known Atherton-Jiles-model is included to study effects of core saturation
