Abstract
During the last two decades, several process approaches have emerged. Each of these approaches has specific objectives and they can all be implemented simultaneously in the same company. The literature shows the benefits of each approach. But, in view of this literature, none did ask to see what happens if these approaches were implemented simultaneously in the same company. This paper presents a study of an enterprise which implemented multiple approaches, as well as, the reasons leading to such implementation and the evolution of these approaches within this company.
