Abstract :
An intelligent radar recognition system is proposed for ocean surveillance. By learning from the environment, this system locates potential targets at the unpredictable points of a neural predictor. The motion of a target can then be tracked by a fuzzy filter. Classification and identification of targets is carried out using chaotic dynamical systems
