Abstract
The scattering of a plane wave by a novel frequency selective surface (FSS) named Chiro-FSS consisting of a two dimensional infinite periodic array of crossed dipoles on an isotropic chiral substrate is analyzed. The analysis is based on the modal analysis and method of moments combined with the Floquet type boundary conditions. Numerical results of the spectral characteristics of reflection and transmission coefficient of the Chiro-FSS with crossed dipoles are presented
