Abstract :
TiO2 nanoporous microspheres with diameter of 20 μm and good crystallinity have been obtained by precipitation from water solution of ammonium titanate with nitric acid at pH = 1 and T = 100°C without thermal treatment of final product. Rutile structural type formation (space group P42/mnm, PDF 21-1276) have been confirmed with XRD analysis. SEM analysis indicates the presence of developed nanoporous structure with hole diameter up to ~20-30 nm.
