  • Abstract
DNA microarray technology has promised a very accelerating research inclination in recent years. In this paper, we propose image restoration of microarray images using blind deconvolution method. The proposed approach consists of two models the first model discuss about finding the type of noise present in the image and the second model to remove the noise present in the image. The proposed algorithm makes use of blind deconvolution to restore the image. Performance analysis is done to measure the efficiency by which image is recovered. The algorithm uses peak signal to noise ratio and mean squared error to quantify the degree of degradation.
