Abstract
This paper describes the power earth-line monitoring system for the planning, design and implementation process. The system operates based on B / S mode and includes three parts: intelligent ground monitor, remote observation points and monitoring center system. Ground state data of the power lines are collected by the monitor, and then the data are transmitted to monitoring platform through the GSM short message system (GSM SMS). System key data are MD5 encrypted to ensure security of the system. In the system, operating conditions of the database are saved in the form of log file; intelligent fuzzy queries are supported; the data can be backed up; and the recovery functions are complete.
