Abstract :
This paper carries out feasibility study of DC home appliance in appropriate of DC power supply system. For this purpose, the difference of structure and safety between AC and DC home appliance is comparatively analyzed, and the countermeasures against predicted problems are suggested in advance. The power simulator of general specifications is designed for comprehensive evaluation. Under this experimental test-bed, the possibility of DC home appliance with these countermeasures is verified.
