Abstract :
It is important to research on social enterprise that do not deviate the goal of commonweal under the pressure of market. CAN YOU Group has continuously brought forth new ideas and explored a integrated and developed path of two chains between enterprise and commonweal, and formed a mode of social enterprise group which has been consisted of the foundations, commonweal institutions and science and technology and welfare enterprises. The formation of model depends on the following factors: the desire of founder, realization of social welfare goal and a recipient of individual donations. In the model, the foundation plays a decision part, the goal of the welfare enterprises is to profit by commercial service, and institutions of commonweal provide public service to disabled employees.
