Abstract :
This paper analyzes the concepts of current various "future network", and proposes the concept and prototype of comprehensive information Web (CI-Web). It hopes that Web can have the trinity of syntactic, semantic and pragmatic information understanding ability while providing information storage and sharing, and becomes comprehensive information Web.
