Abstract :
Problem of development and characteristic investigation of asymmetric waveguide topology of the Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) was considered. This design of MZI provides the operating point location on the linear section of the MZI transfer function. Modulation efficiency and extinction ratio of MZI developed by proton exchange method were measured. Operating point DC-drift with different bias voltage values was considered.
