Abstract :
Competition is no longer limited to the realm of the internal enterprise. For aiming to sustain the competitive, enterprises are compelled to adopt multi-enterprises collaborative system. In order to use the internal and external resource, the paper proposes the multi-enterprises collaborative resource planning (ME-CORP) and its framework. ME-CORP is effective to optimize resource and relationship among multiple partners. The role-driven component-oriented methodology (RCOM), which consists of four phases: collaboration analysis, component analysis, component design, and implementation, is put forward to develop ME-CORP system. The roles can help implement well-defined business functions, while the components enable the production of artifacts in a systematic fashion. In contrast to others, the methodology is more effectively and applied. Finally, a real-life case is illustrated.
