Abstract :
The paper presents the expansion-contraction relations within the Inclusion Principle for a class of continuoustime state-delayed uncertain systems when considering HP state memoryless control with additive controller uncertainty. All uncertainties are supposed to be time-varying norm bounded. The main contribution is the derivation of conditions under which a resilient HP control law designed in the expanded space is contracted into the initial system preserving simultaneously both the robust quadratic stability of closed-loop systems and the value of the HP-norm disturbance attenuation bound. A LMI delay independent procedure is supplied for control design. The results are specialized into the overlapping decentralized control setting which enables to construct robust HP resilient block tridiagonal state feedback controllers.
