Abstract :
As a group decision making issue, construction method decision-making is crucial to water conservancy project, however, there are many qualitative, fuzzy and imprecision information in construction method evaluation process that are main difficulties for decision makers. As for the traditional evaluation method, it only depends on designers experience to do evaluation at discretion and has no systematical evaluation framework. The gist of this paper is to propose a systematical approach based on fuzzy linguistic to solve design and planning evaluation issue that includes not only quantitative computation but also qualitative analysis, it could be an effective method for construction method decision making.
