Abstract
The article is devoted to development and study of the defoaming process. The device with the radiator in the form of flexural vibrating disk was designed. It was shown that application of high-intensity ultrasonic vibrations allows accelerating the foam sedimentation process. The optimum modes and conditions of ultrasonic influence on brewer foam and lather are recommended based on the analysis of the results obtained from the experimental studies of the defoaming process.
