With the continuous development of higher education process for our country. However, the scale of the expansion in the teaching process, the quality of higher education also faces some problems, these issues also have been given to sustained attention by experts and scholars. It is topic of university reform and development to promote the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality, base on the important effect of college teaching team on education advantage and featured training. Strengthening the effect of teaching work and building on the teaching team, by teaching team-building, course features construction, construction measures and other means, the professional development of teachers and personnel training have a better role in promoting. The research results can provide the theoretically support for professional development of teachers and talent training.
