With the network technology rapid development, inadaptation problem is existing in distance learning. Firstly inadaptation was introduced. Psychology test, experience analysis method were adopted and curriculum evaluation method to analyze learning inadaptation in distance learning. Finally, from viewpoint of teaching and viewpoint of learning, solution of inadaptation was proposed. Its application of adaptive learning methods shows important meaning for practical distance learning work.
