After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the characteristics of schooling and students of the independent institutes and the characteristics of the courses of the economics and management majors, cultivating the practical capacities of the students has always been an important topic to teach the students of these major of the institutes. Most of the practice teaching methods of the economics and management majors are adopted from the teaching schemes and plans from the parent university, and hasn´ t formed its own teaching system. Therefore, the subject position of the practice teaching is not clear, and the practice teaching is not supported by systematic teaching documents, regulations and standards, and no good laboratories and practice bases are easily available. In this way, a good practice teaching performance is not obtained to meet the requirements of talent cultivations of the independent institutes. The paper starts from the system construction of ERP practice teaching, analyzes deeply about the problems that exit in the ERP practice teaching status and system of the economics and management majors of the independent institutes, offers active exploration to building ERP practice teaching systems for the economics and management majors of the independent institutes, emphasizes the importance of building ERP practice teaching systems for the economics and management majors of the independent institutes, and discusses about the ERP practice teaching systems for the economics and management majors of the independent institutes from 4 vie- points.
