Based on the analysis of the current administrative staff of colleges and universities, there is the issue of performance appraisal based on the targeted colleges and universities, who put forward suggestions to solve problems with staff performance appraisal measures: to define a clear purpose and focus of performance appraisal; to conduct a detailed analysis of the accuracy of the positions; performance appraisal to determine the content and standards; designed standards will be detailed examination of the examination table; take a scientific assessment methods; the establishment of effective incentives.
