Abstract
This paper propose a new strategy for commander (or decision maker) to handle the resource allocation problem, on purpose of striving for victory in combat, by combining the fuzzy theory and feedback control approach in single/multiple complex campaigns. Different from those articles highlighting the exact amount of troops, tank, and etc., this article provides a flexible way to consider the affect of performance of a troops, weather, and some uncertain or indefinite facts that can´t be taken into account with conventional method, such that the commander can govern the whole correlated situations and make a right decision in the combat.
