Abstract
The M-band interval minimum-energy wavelet frames are studied in this paper. Wavelet frames on the interval are constructed by M-band wavelet functions that correspond to some scaling functions with arbitrary integer support length. Moreover, the necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained when M-band minimum-energy frames exist, which can be used to develop an algorithm to construct these frames.
