Abstract
The specification of test rules for vehicle comfort systems is an essential base to increase the test quality and to reduce the test time within the vehicle production. This concept improves the current process. With this target a method will be introduced that helps engineers of the automobile industry to produce test rules for the desired functionalities of the comfort system. The basis of the new method is a function model specified in UML a new component of the method is the integration of individual vehicle description and the test instructions into the vehicle model.
