Abstract
Recent studies indicate that CMOS circuits exhibit nonlinear behavior (due to the negative feedback) of ground noise as a function of the number of signals switching. Electrical network formulation, modeling and simulation of simultaneously switching signals are discussed. Detailed equations, models, and transient characteristics are included
