  • Abstract
    Compatible single-sideband modulation enables direct detection of orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing signals without a spectral gap. We discuss implementation issues, namely acceptable tolerances of amplitude and phase of the carrier and optimum filtering in the transmitter.
