Abstract :
An L-shaped slot antenna fed by a microstrip or stripline is investigated in this paper. This antenna is capable of providing a 2 db axial ratio bandwidth of 10% without using a complicated feeding structure. The 10 db return loss bandwidth is better than 40% without further tuning.
