Abstract :
Detection of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus nucleocapsid protein in human serum using localized surface plasmon coupled fluorescence (LSPCF) fiber-optic biosensor. The detection limit at 1 pg/mL in human serum is successfully demonstrated.
