Abstract :
The various pieces of test equipment referred to in the NEMA MW 1000 magnetic wire standard are discussed. The requirements for some of the key pieces of equipment are reviewed and comments on the specification, manufacture, use, and accuracy of the equipment are made. The NEMA Magnet Wire Technical Committee´s views on future designs and standards for test equipment are summarized
