Abstract :
Delicate variations of the facial emotions can dramatically spiritualize the humanoid robot with passionate scenarios. Generally speaking, servo-actuators of controlling the robot skull and their drivers are so awkward in volume and weight that each module of the facial dynamics can hardly be integrated itself with other modules of the robot platform. This paper is proposed a mixed pneumatic-heart compressor with the artificial heart devise of the modified scroll compressor (MSC) and the mini-sized vibrating pneumatic compressor acted as an effective, inexpensive, and less power-consumed, pneumatic power source. Simultaneously, the facial dynamics are also carefully schemed by the series-connected, pneumatically driven AI-servo actuators on the viewpoint of topology. Finally, emotional simulations and the experiments with the data acquisition are carefully examined and successfully demonstrated the advantages of the proposed innovation.
