Abstract
A system of four integrated circuits developed for a programmable hearing aid is presented. The implementation of critical parts like the switched-capacitor filter bank, the low-noise preamplifiers, and the power supply are explained. The power is provided by a 1.3-V battery. The process used is the 3-μm SACMOS from Faselec
