Abstract :
This paper describes the performance of NASDA´s space solar cell. First, we review the history of NASDA´s Si and GaAs solar cell development. Second, we present the flight data from the Solar Cell Monitor (SCM) on Engineering Test Satellite-V (ETS-V) launched on 27 August 1987. Finally, we discuss the radiation tolerance of solar cells
