Abstract :
Human resource organization in software development is very important for efficiency of resource allocation, optimization of human users´ capabilities and reducing the risk of resource lacking. In the global collaborative software development environment, the practitioners face the troubles in partition and estimation dual-shore software process, preparing human resource, making proper arrangement and human resource dynamic during the process. Here in this paper, we introduce a role-based framework and some related models and algorithm to make proper role-based human resource organization in the dual-shore software engineering process, prepare suitable human resource and optimize the usage of each resource´s capabilities. Based on that, a role-based dynamic method for human resource is also introduced for the process execution.
