Abstract :
In this paper, a number of experimental tests aimed to evaluate the potential of Very Large Bandwidth Continuous Wave Step Frequency (CW-SF) radar for investigating masonry structures, are reported. Furthermore, an innovative polarimetric technique able to detect the double-bounce signal due to corner inside a masonry is proposed and tested.
