  • Abstract
    This paper presents a software prototype for an universal and mobile Messaging Framework M2A "Message to Anywhere". Access on actual process data is an essential necessity in industrial production. This is how today\´s semiconductor manufacturing is able to meet requirements as: 1. Faster changing processes with more and more reduced quantities. 2. Access on various kinds of data. 3. Configuration of production sites distributed worldwide. 4. Increase availability (max MTBF/min. MTTR).
