Abstract :
Data Envelop Analysis (DEA) is method for evaluating management efficiency of DMU (Decision Making Unit). DEA can analyze DMU´s characteristic of data by assigning variable weight to each input and output elements. However the more the number of input and output elements is, the more complex assigning weight is. So, there is a problem that when the number of input and output elements is so large, it is difficult to analyze DMU´s characteristics. This paper proposed new DEA model considering relation among input and output elements in order to analyze DMU´s characteristics more easily. This model can limit assigned weights. Therefore, above problem can be solved. The power of the proposed method is examined by applying data set of Japanese professional baseball player´s result in 2010.
