  • Abstract
The experiment increases SO2 absorption capability through increasing the contact probability and transfer impetus between liquid and flue gas using different pH control and retrofitted multi-stage water film. The project designs orthogonal test program of 5 levels/6 factors using SPSS13.0 and has tested. The experiment then does single factor´s research based on the orthogonal test conclusion using R/S(Rescaled Range)Analysis. Analyzing the test data using integrated equilibrium method, there has the best operation parameters. The best running result shows that outlet SO2 concentration lower than 350 mg/m3 and SO2 removal efficiency keeps more than about 93% under the condition of the inlet SO2 concentration keeps less than 5000 mg/m3. There is neither CaSO3´s nor CaSO4´s aggradation at the running condition that the up and down´s pH is 6 and 5 differently and both the L/G are 15. Additives´ enhanced desulfurization effects are obvious.
