Abstract :
To investigate anti-tumor structure-activity relation- ship of derivatives of ursolic acid and obtain more effective anti-tumor compounds, 12 ursolic acid derivatives (10 novel compounds) with modified structures at the C-3 and C-28 position were synthesized. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by ESI-MS, IR and 1H-NMR spectral date.
