Abstract
To study the effect of the operation parameters on the de-NOx catalysts prepared by Erdos semi-cokes, the vapor content, O2 content, reaction temperature, space velocity, the concentrations of NO and SO2 were investigated to find the optimum operating conditions. The addictives loaded on the catalysts could reduce the vapor´s negative effect. The optimal reaction condition is vapor 4.2%, reaction temperature 70°C, space velocity 1000h-1, O2 10%, NO below 1000ppm. TB was 22h in the optimal condition when less than 70% conversion as the breakthrough point. Because of the suppression of NO oxidation by SO2, the desulfurization process had to place in front of the process of catalytic oxidation de-NOx.
