Abstract :
Abstract-The stability of a electrothermal membrane, which was prepared from water-soluble conductive ink based on conductive carbon black (CB), poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc), has been studied. The effects of the ratio of resin matrix to conductive materials on membrane stability were emphatically investigated. The results of experiments indicated that the performance of electrothermal membrane could be improved by adding appropriate conductive material, and the membrane stability is highly dependent on the ratio resin matrix to conductive material. Under the favorite experimental conditions the electrothermal membrane expresses good electro-conduction and stable performance.
