Abstract :
This paper presents a method to diagnose the height sensor faults of the electronic air suspension system. The height sensor faults are detected based on the analysis of the geometrical relationship between the sensors. The fault isolation is performed by the roll angle and pitch angle signals which can be estimated using other sensor signals such as acceleration signals. The fault detection and isolation method proposed in this paper are verified by the simulations and vehicle test.
