  • Abstract
A linear CMOS first-order two-pair for the implementation of high-frequency filters based on the Current Mode Wave Active (CMWA) topology is presented. The circuit is compatible with a standard digital VLSI process and can operate at a low supply voltage of 3 V. A 10 MHz fifth-order Chebyshev filter using the two-pairs was designed and the simulation results show that the filter is highly linear where the THD is less than -40 dB for peak input bias currents upto 80% of the bias current. Also the filter cutoff frequency and quality factor can be easily tuned
