  • Abstract
    A new approach for linearizing active Q-enhanced on-chip LC filters is presented in this paper. This approach employs capacitive dividers and a linear bipolar tunable transconductance element in positive feedback for Q-enhancement. A modified multi-tanh doublet using unbalanced series-diode-connected pairs is utilized to implement transconductors to achieve a wider linear range
