  • Abstract
Nonlinear dynamics for self-pulsating semiconductor lasers with frequency modulation are theoretically and experimentally investigated. We have observed chaotic variations of pulse height and also stable locking states for a certain range of the modulation frequency close to the solitary pulse frequency
