Abstract :
Cyclophosphamide (cy) was used to produce immunosuppressed model mice by intraperitoneal injection. Affusing different-dosage of the female silkworm moth powder, thymus and spleen index, peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis, lymphocyte transformation, serum hemolysin of mice were investigated. The result showed that all the indexes of the tested immunosuppressed mice were improved by the female silkworm moth powder. So the female silkworm moth powder could enhance non-specific immunological function, humoral immunity and cellular immunity in mice.
