Abstract :
The study of the interaction and the mechanism of the interaction of semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) with BSA by fluorescence spectrum. The results showed that BSA occurred static quenching within increasing concentration of QDs, the fluorescence intensity of the QDs gradually enhanced with increasing the concentration of BSA, which is because of formation of core-shell structure. The results will provide an reference for QDs toxicology in biology and medicine and the safety of treating cancer with Photodynamic Therapy (PDT).
