Abstract :
A fourth order bandpass ΔΣ A/D converter with input modulation network and digitally programmable noise-shaping has been designed and implemented in a 2 μm double poly, double metal n-well CMOS process. The design uses a switched-capacitor cascade-of-resonators topology with half-delay integrators and achieves a peak SNR of 73 dB over a 0.005π input bandwidth
