Abstract

Along with the constant increasing of industrial competition, the function of human capital is getting bigger and bigger to the development of High-tech industry, High-tech industry should pay attention to invest in human capital and train the high-tech personnel so as to save strength for industrial´s development. This article first has analyzed the function of human capital to the development of High-tech industry from the theory angle, then selected the Hebei Province correlation data to carry on the empirical analysis, has analyzed the influence of human capital to the development of High-tech industry from the real diagnosis angle.
