Abstract :
The content of metal in the commercially soybean was investigated in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, such as Mn,Cu,Mg,Zn,Ca,Co,V,Pb,Cr and Cd. The sample was digested with nitrate and high-chlorine acid. The content of the metal was determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content of Mn,Cu,Fe,Mg,Zn,Ca,Co and V was rich. While the content of Pb, Cr and Cd of the partial samples exceeded the national standard maximum limit, in which chromium exceeded more serious.
