  • Abstract
    We experimentally demonstrate an electro-optic modulator using a high-index-contrast silicon Fabry-Perot resonator. This compact high-speed device is a 1-D integrated cavity, only 4.53 mum in length with an embedded p-i-n junction on a silicon-on-insulator platform
