Value calculation of universities scientific research achievements in cybertimes

As the continuous development of technology level of universities, enterprises pay more attention to get Hi-tech achievements from universities, as a result, to define the value and price of Hi-tech achievements for universities has become the key of achievements trading. The paper firstly analysis the shortage of existing pricing methods, then consider and analyze the similarity of Real Options and achievements pricing, try to apply Real Options´ option to expand model to consider universities Hi-tech achievements value, finally apply an instance to carry on case study to test and verify the effectiveness of the method.
