Abstract :
Foreign trade enterprises as main characters taking part in international market under economic globalization should be one of industries that have the highest level of e-commerce application, which will directly represents the status of a country´s economic modernization. According to the study on the e-commerce development phases, foreign trade enterprises in China are generally in low level of e-commerce applications for lacking of the domestic environmental conditions. In order to realize the process of e-commerce integration, foreign trade enterprises should be Strengthen internal and external construction.
